Does your business have skill gaps or shortages?

Would you like your workforce to receive training in environmental sustainability to help your business meet the needs of the future?

The Industry Skills Adviser (ISA) project has been established by the State Government to assist small to medium businesses (SME’s) to upgrade the skills in their workforce and fill skills gaps. The University of Ballarat through The National Centre for Sustainability will provide assistance to SME’s in environmental initiatives in business.  

 Covering regional and metropolitan areas of Victoria, the Industry Skills Adviser for environmental technologies will develop partnerships with SME’s and training providers.

If you are a Victorian business that:

• employs up to 100 staff

• has been operating for at least 12 months

• is financially sound and

• wants to be environmentally sustainable in the future business market
