Apprentice Training We provide an intensive off-the-job accredited development program for new apprentices and degree engineering cadets prior to placement in the Steelworks and external customer sites. The program provides for establishment of basic skills and experience in BlueScope Steel's standards, procedures and systems of work. We also provide off-the-job training for other businesses in the Illawarra region.

Apprentice Development We provide an intensive development program for Apprentices during their Apprenticeship years. This customised program compliments their TAFE and on-the-job training to enable contextual application and understanding of the latest trades' requirements including safety and technology use.

Management and Placement of Apprentices

Trade Training We provide on-going accredited engineering trade related development for senior apprentices, tradespersons and staff in critical procedures, new technology, and training and development. Trade disciplines include: Electrical Mechanical Instrumentation Engineering skills for operators
