Steelhaven Skills Centre Steelhaven Skills Centre is a commercial venture by the University of Ballarat in conjunction with BlueScope Steel. The centre provides engineering trade skill development for apprentices, cadets, tradespersons and supervisors at BlueScope Steel's Port Kembla (NSW) Steelworks.
