The Vice-Chancellor's OfficeThe Vice-Chancellor's Office provides support to the Vice-Chancellor and other senior staff in their key leadership roles in the University. The Vice-Chancellor leads the University by establishing, from the many and diverse University activities, overall direction, and in providing advice to Council of the appropriateness of the directions, the efficiency of implementation plans, and the suitability of reporting and accountability arrangements. Assisting the Vice-Chancellor are two Deputy Vice-Chancellors and three Vice Presidents who, with the Vice-Chancellor, make up the Senior Leadership Team. The University of Ballarat, in partnership with Reconciliation Australia, has committed to the implementation of a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and to revising our current, institutional Statement of Reconciliation. This is an important initiative for our University and one that requires the support and involvement of our community.
