Group Fitness Class Descriptions
- PILATES
- A sixty minute class teaching a method of body control and conditioning. Stretches and strengthens the muscule while improving flexibility and balance.
- BOXERCISE
- Boxercise combines music and the exercises that boxers use to keep fit, but does not involve actually hitting anyone (or being hit). It is therefore a relatively safe activity for all sorts of people. Boxercise effectively improves stamina and develops hand eye coordination skill.
- FREESTYLE CIRCUIT CLASS
- A fun, challenging forty-five minute class that combines muscular & cardiovascular conditioning exercises & funky music. This class is suitable for all Fitness Levels.

- Aqua Exercise
- Aqua Exercise is an excellent way to get fit and healthy. It improves your flexibility, agility, strength and balance and is a great cardio
workout for burning those kilojoules. The best part of Aqua Exercise is that you work at the intensity you wish to work at!
