Group Fitness Class Descriptions

PILATES
A sixty minute class teaching a method of body control and conditioning. Stretches and strengthens the muscule while improving flexibility and balance.

BOXERCISE
Boxercise combines music and the exercises that boxers use to keep fit, but does not involve actually hitting anyone (or being hit). It is therefore a relatively safe activity for all sorts of people. Boxercise effectively improves stamina and develops hand eye coordination skill.

FREESTYLE CIRCUIT CLASS
A fun, challenging forty-five minute class that combines muscular & cardiovascular conditioning exercises & funky music. This class is suitable for all Fitness Levels.
