What does the Quality Policy achieve?

The Quality Policy is a clear statement of intent by the University in regards to matters relating to Quality. It defines what Quality means to the University through the Quality Statement and Principles and it explains how Quality will be measured and monitored through the Quality Objectives.

The Quality Policy provides the foundation for the University's Quality Framework . The Quality Policy will ensure the University is proactive in ensuring the quality of its practices through the use of internal audit and self review practices.  External audits and reviews should then test and reinforce the suitably and effectiveness of the Quality Framework in place.

How will we know if the Quality Policy is working?

The implementation and outcomes of the Quality Policy will be monitored and reported though the Quality Committee. The Quality Policy will be operationalised through the University's Quality Framework and monitored via the Quality Objectives.
