UB Council
Council is UB's governing authority and is responsible for the direction and superintendence of the University.
Academic Board
Academic Board is UB's principal academic body. It provides academic oversight, and advice to Council, of prescribed academic programs and courses.
Legislation
The University of Ballarat Act requires us to enact legislation relating to UB's organisation and management. All legislation contained here has been formally approved and is in force.Legal
The Legal Office provides legal advice and services to management and staff of all UB campuses.
