Access for new cardholders

Applying for a UB Purchase Card

To apply for a UB Purchase Card, please obtain an application form from the Card Administrator:

Applications must be completed in full, approved by the Certifying Officer and returned to the Card Administrator for approval by the Accountable Officer.

 

Access to the NAB FlexiPurchase system

Cardholders

Once your application has been approved, the Card Administrator will provide you with your login details for NAB FlexiPurchase.

Approving Officers

Approving Officers who are also Cardholders will be provided with login details as above.

However, if you require access to the NAB FlexiPurchase system as an approving officer and you are not a Cardholder, please email the Card Administrator with your request, and include the following details:

  • Payroll ID
  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • School or Section
  • Department or Project code
