Management (HE)

corporate imageOur undergraduate management programs are designed for students intending to pursue careers in general management or Human Resource Management in large businesses or government organisations. Students may elect to undertake a specialisation in either Human Resource Management, Marketing, Organisational Management and Leadership or Tourism. A feature of the program is the group of practical business placements and projects courses that are available.

Our applied degrees are designed specifically for people studying high level certificates in TAFE. They focus on previous qualification of Diploma and Advanced Diploma along with working experience to allow students to gain the best possible credit for their previous studies into a degree. Applied degrees are designed for working, career-focused adults and busy individuals seeking flexibility and convenience in education through part-time and blended delivery of programs. What is an applied degree?

The feature of our graduate management programs is the Master of Business Administration (MBA) - a generalist degree intended for those with some practical experience who now wish to widen their managerial knowledge and skills. The philosophy underlying the Master of Business Administration is to enable our students to deal with the many facets of management. The program aims to develop skills in critical thinking, research and analysis through individual and team based work. The MBA focuses on critical areas of integration but facilitates some specialisation to accommodate specific career paths.
