- International Students can get academic skills advice from the Student Academic Advisors on 5327 9340, and the International Librarian, Helen McCarthy on 03 5327 9625, for research skills information.

Student support information
The Business School and the University of Ballarat provide various forms of support for its students. The services listed below are available to all of our students free of charge.
Who can you go to?
Your lecturer, teacher or tutor - ASK your lecturer for clarification if you are unsure about any requirements
Program coordinators - Students should contact their program coordinator for study related queries that cannot be resolved by the above (lecturer, teacher or tutor)
Transitions Staff - Undergraduate (bachelor degree) students can also contact the Transitions Coordinator Debbie Lord.
Pastoral Care and Welfare Issue Support - Support is available through Student Support in T Building or 5327 9470.
Student Learning Skills - UB provides a range of resources designed to enhance students' academic learning, writing and English language skills and thereby support the transition to independent learning. Please visit the SLS website for further information on services available.
