Project Office

The Project Office is part of Student and Learning Support and is responsible for oversight of major corporate systems projects within the University.

The Project Office seeks to enable a project management culture within the University so that projects are delivered in a timely manner, within budget, and with projected results. In support of this mission, we will:

• Oversee new and ongoing projects centrally managed by the Project Office.
• Ensure appropriate governance and audit for corporate systems projects.
• Provide project management support and mentoring.
• Partner with and support stakeholders in project delivery.
• Facilitate project reviews.
• Maintain and continually improve a Project Methodology Guide for the University.
• Maintain and improve templates for project documentation.
