ISBN allocations at UB

Issue of ISBN (International Standard Book Number)

The UB Library is responsible for issuing ISBNs for University of Ballarat publications. To obtain an ISBN please email the Cataloguing Librarian with details of the publication including the title, date and author. The Library will log the details and issue you with an ISBN number.

If you require Cataloguing-In-Publication, it can be requested from the National Library of Australia.

Should you require an ISSN (International Standard Serial Number) for a new journal you must apply to the National Library of Australia.
