ERA: Who is citing your research?

Academics and researchers often need or want to find out how often and who has been citing their work. There are several search tools that do this. Where subject areas are not covered, it will be necessary for the academic/researcher to refer to their respective professional body for assistance. Please see online help within each search tool for a detailed description of specific search features and capabilities.

ERA: Excellence in Research for Australia

ERA (Excellence in Research for Australia) has replaced the former government's Research Quality Framework (RQF), and places different requirements on academics and researchers to know how often and who is citing their research. The ERA initiative will assess research quality using a combination of metrics and expert review conducted by committees comprising of experienced internationally-recognised experts. More information about ERA can be found in the Minister for Innovation, Industry, Science and Research's media release on ERA.
