Referencing
UB uses four main styles of referencing, which are explained in detail in the General Guide for the Presentation of Academic Work:
- APA - American Psychological Association
- MLA - Modern Language Association
- Australian
- Chicago
It is important to consult your unit description, lecturer or tutor for the preferred citation style for each subject you undertake.
The Library provides assistance for UB staff and students with citation and referencing queries. Further support is available from:
