Having problems?The printout wasn't what I wantedIt is your responsibility to ensure that the appropriate size, colour and pages are selected. Refunds cannot be given for user errors. Instructions are provided next to the machines. If you are unsure about how to complete a particular function using the photocopiers, staff at the Information Desk are more than happy to assist you. The copy is really poor qualityIf you are unhappy with the standard of copying provided by the machine, please contact the Information Desk at your campus library. They will be able to assess the copy/ies and provide a refund where appropriate. The paper jammed in the machine, but money still came off my cardFor paper jams and other machine errors, please contact the Information Desk so that they can clear the machine. If money is taken from your card and no appropriate copy is dispensed, Information desk staff can provide a refund. |
