Borrowing and membership - ub)alumni

ub)alumni Library membership allows past students, staff and Friends of the University borrowing rights and access to selected electronic resources. You must already be a current ub)alumni member in order to apply for Library membership. To apply for ub)alumni membership, complete the registration form at www.ballarat.edu.au/alumni, or contact the ub)alumni office on (03) 5327 9929 for further details.

ub)alumni Library membership is available at the following $AUD rate:

• Full calendar year (1st January - 31st December) $55.00

Borrowing

You will be given a borrower card at your first visit, which you must present when borrowing or enquiring about your record. You may borrow a variety of materials from each campus library upon presentation of your current UB ID card at the Loans Desk, or using the self-checkout terminal opposite the Loans Desk at Mt Helen. Electronic resources

ub)alumni library members have access to selected full text and index databases, including Academic Search Alumni Edition and Business Source Premier: Alumni Edition (EBSCOhost). Access is available on a remote basis via your ISP.
