Students who require a student
visa must submit a fees receipt as part
of the visa application unless another
proof of funds is supplied e.g. a
scholarship or award letter. Below is
our preferred method of payment which is
simple and easy to use.
Paying your fees as an International Student is as simple as following the links on this page.
You can pay your tuition fees on-line at your local bank
by transferring payment to the University of Ballarat Custom House account.
Sending your money to a University of Ballarat Custom House account allows you
the option to either pay in local currency or in a variety of major currencies, whilst providing a safe and fast payment method permitting you to track the payment progress on the web.
Utilising this payment option also allows the University to identify payments quickly, enabling receipts to be sent to the student in a timely manner for student visa purposes.
Transferring money to our Custom House account is simple and easy.
Upon completion of the transaction, present your
Custom House payment instructions to your local
bank/branch and arrange for transfer of funds to the
relevant Custom House account.
Please note that banking regulations vary between
countries and the country of student origin will
determine the available currencies.
However, if you experience difficulty with your local bank, there are alternative methods of payment.

University of Ballarat International will issue a receipt
and issue your Confirmation of Enrolment e(COE) for your
