If you are completing your secondary schooling in Victoria (Australia) you should apply through:

Method 1 - Paper Application

1. Complete the relevant International Application Form
   
   You can download the most recent application form by clicking here.

   Please note: There is no application fee applicable to the University of Ballarat
   
   

2. Submit the following documents with your application:
   
   
   • certified copies of awards, certificates or academic transcripts issued by your educational institution(s)
   • certified translations of documents that are not in English, together with certified copies of the documents in the original language
   • other relevant documents, such as letters from schools or employees
   • research proposal, if relevant
   
   
   
3. Send your applications via one of the following:
   
   
   • Directly to the University by courier, mail or fax, as shown below.
   • To an overseas representative of the University
   • To an IDP Office

2. Click on the Apply Now button
   
   Click on the 'Apply Now' button next to the course you wish to study.
   
   
3. Registration and submission
   
   Follow the instructions to register and submit your online application.
