The Victoria Street Short-term Accommodation is situated on the main entrance road in to Ballarat from Melbourne, only 2.5 kilometres from the SMB Campus and the CBD. The centrepiece of the residence is the beautiful mansion pictured above.
Adjacent to the house is 12 Motel style units that can accommodate up to 3 guests in each unit with ensuite bathroom. There is also a large fully equiped self catering kitchen and communal area for guests. The units are primarily used for students that come to Ballarat for block mode TAFE studies.
A limited number of off street car parking spaces are available on the Victoria St property.

AS can provide emergency short term accommodation to meet the needs of parents and guardians when their child (current resident of AS) has become ill or injured and would benefit from parental support.
