The searchable database of private student accommodation that is offered throughout the Ballarat & Horsham areas has been updated and is available to view here . You are required to have a valid UB student logon to view this database.

NB: These properties are not inspected by Accommodation Services unless specifically requested by the provider or current tenant.
The University accepts no responsibility for accommodation obtained from the database. All accommodation arrangements are by private agreement between the provider and the prospective tenant.
Prices range from $70 per week for an unfurnished room in a house (plus expenses) through to $150 for a furnished room including all utilities and two meals per day.
The Housing Officer can also assist with tenancy advice for both tenant and landlord.
