Located in Mt Clear, Jemacra Place is ideally suited for students attending Mt Helen Campus. For those students who do not have their own vehicle, the bus stop is a 5 minute walk away as is the Canadian Bike/Running Track which passes by the main campus. Shopping is not a problem either as Midvale Shopping Centre with Chemist, Butcher, Supermarket, Post Office, Bank, Take-Away Shop and Hairdresser is only 400 meters away.

Design and Layout

This student community consists of 16, five and six bedroom houses each with 2 bathrooms, paved outdoor area with pergola and landscaped gardens as well as the following features:

Environmental Sustainability

The design and contruction of the Jemacra Place complex was facilitated to reduce the consumption of new materials, water and energy. Jemacra Place is a Water Wise Community and uses large tanks for the collection of grey water and has water savers units installed on all showers.
