Apple/UB Online store
University of Ballarat entered into an agreement with Apple in mid 2009, whereby Apple host an online store for UB students and staff to purchase selected Apple computer hardware, software and associated warranties at a discounted rate lower than standard Education pricing and significantly lower than retail pricing (iPods and iPhones are NOT discounted ).
Visit www.ballarat.edu.au/applestore to browse and purchase (be aware that you must be either on campus, or if off campus you will be required to enter your UB staff username or student ID and password).
Microsoft It's Not Cheating
Microsoft It's Not Cheating provides software at greatly reduced prices for University of Ballarat students and staff. Software purchased has exactly the same functionality as retail Academic versions.
IMPORTANT: Downloads for these products are quite high. This will use your UB quota if downloading from UB or your personal internet quota if downloading from home.
OFFICE 365
Office 365 University is available via Microsoft It's Not Cheating for $99*.
Visit www.itsnotcheating.com.au to purchase. You will be required to create or sign into an existing Microsoft Live account and then enter your UB email address and validate the receipt of that email to proceed.
