Safety Advice:

Think Before is a safety campaign featuring George, an animation who can speak 14 languages.  There are free Apple and Android applications, a Facebook page and you can follow George on twitter.

Airport Pickup:

New students are met at the Melbourne International Airport and transferred by car or bus to Ballarat (approximately 75 minutes drive).

If you require an Airport Pickup, please complete the Arrival Details Form and return it as per the instructions on the form at least 5 business days before your expected arrival.

Lost or Delayed Luggage - please provide your carrier with the following information for delivery purposes:

Please note the University of Ballarat accepts no responsibility for luggage until the Housing Officer has signed for items from the carrier or representative.
