What you can expect of us:

- To have up to five counseling appointments per year
- To be seen by a qualified, experienced and professional staff member

- To be provided with up to date and confidential assistance
What we expect of you:
- To get to know the University support services
- To seek advice in good time if you are experiencing problems
- To treat staff with consideration and respect
- To accept responsibility for your own part in the resolution process
- To keep appointments made, or give as much notice as possible if canceling or rescheduling
