UBReady is a four day course intended to help you get ahead in your student career. UBReady will provide you with the tools to succeed at UB, no matter what degree you are enrolled in. Here are just some of the things UBReady can help you with:
- Preparing essays and assignments
- Using and citing references
- Understanding the UB Library
- Using the UB computers
- Participating in tutorials
- Managing your study
All this will be done in a relaxed environment, with the days involving information sessions, group activities (including a treasure hunt!), and chances to explore and understand UB and its facilities.
Who can register?
UBReady is open to anyone currently enrolled in a University of Ballarat undergraduate degree. If you're a first year student looking to prepare for uni, or a current student wanting to polish your skills, UBReady is for you!
How much will it cost?
This is the great part: UBReady is free to all domestic and international students enrolled in a UB undergraduate degree!
Where is UBReady?
UBReady will be held at the Mt Helen Campus.
