The units in Bella Guerin Hall are separate two-storey buildings each housing 11 students. Units 9-16 form a central quadrangle with an undercover BBQ area which is widely used for recreation and unit functions. Units 1-8 and units 17-20 are on the exterior of the residence and have nicely planted gardens and lawn areas.

Bella Guerin Hall is in a pleasant native bushland setting within a few minutes walk of the University's heated swimming pool, gymnasium, squash courts, tennis courts and sports fields, cafeteria, shops, ANZ Bank ATM, library, computer laboratories, lecture rooms and other facilities.
