University of Ballarat Internal Communications Audit

Website Poll (1K)

An effective internal communications program allows information to be shared across the University to allow all staff to accomplish their roles more effectively.

Successful internal communications programs are vital to help foster and develop a cohesive and people-focused organisation that celebrates diversity whilst working as one.

To best achieve this we have instigated an internal communications audit that will assist to address the needs of staff and how best to move forward together.

As part of this process we are conducting internal communications focus groups and online surveys.

The aim of the survey is to work with you and to learn how we can improve internal communications.
Please commit 5-10 minutes to complete the survey and assist us by improving our internal communications program.
