The University of Ballarat Pipe Band has one of the richest histories of any Pipe Band in Victoria.

A life member is nominated by the committee as someone who has contributed a great deal to the Band, usually over a long period of time.

We are very proud of our life members. Currently, the following life members still actively play with or tutor the pipe band: Sue Brant, Tim Bodey, Les Hardy, Ian Ives, Robert Kerr and learner drum tutor Alex McCormick & Tory Kerr.
