Wendy Aird, Administrative Officer (IRRRI)
The Administrative Officer Institute for Regional and Rural Research and Innovation (IRRRI) within the Research & Graduate Studies Office (RAGSO). The Administrative Officer IRRRI will contribute to the effectiveness of the research administrative operations within IRRRI by providing administrative and Executive Officer support, managing the communication of information and co-ordinating key programs. The Administrative Officer IRRRI works closely with the Director, Institute for Regional & Rural Research and Innovation (IRRRI), and the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic & Research), Heads of School, Centre Directors, Business Consultant, Commercial Operations and others in relation to the research activities within the IRRRI. Wendy works Monday to Thursday.

Professor Erica Smith
Erica is the Dean of Graduate Studies, involved in a number of postgraduate management activities. These include working with the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic & Research) and the Director of the Institute for Regional and Rural Research and Innovation to ensure that the University's postgraduate research is aligned with the University's research priorities, managing and providing advice on postgraduate load and postgraduate scholarships. The Dean of Graduate Studies is Chair of the RHDSC, and has the responsibility for the development and implementation of policies and procedures that improve postgraduate research practices and ensure quality assurance in admission, supervision and examination processes. Diane Clingin
The Team Leader is the senior administrative officer within the Research & Graduate Studies Office (RAGSO) and contributes to the effectiveness of the research operations for the University by developing and implementing policies, procedures, budgets, systems and plans for the Research & Graduate Studies Office administrative activities. The Team Leader works closely with the Director, Institute for Regional & Rural Research (IRRR), Dean of Graduate Studies and the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic & Research), Heads of School, School Research, Research Higher Degrees & Ethics coordinators and others in developing the strategic direction of the RAGSO and IRRR.

Stephen Chambers (MBus)
Stephen, as Research Administration Officer, provides specialised administration support, research analysis and report production, to the Research and Graduate
Studies Office. He is charged with the responsibility for review and submission of applications for funding made to external agencies such as the ARC, the NHMRC, and VPAC amongst others. He is the administrator of the research management database and of the Student Evaluation of Teaching (SET), Student Evaluation of Units (SEU) and Student Evaluation of Postgraduate Supervision (SEPS) programs. Stephen supervises the SET and SEU processing performed by Angela Gamble. He maintains the Research website.

Elanor Clinch
The Administrative Officer (Postgraduate) is responsible for providing administration of the Higher Degree by Research programs for the Research & Graduate Studies Office. The Administrative Officer provides a full range of high quality administrative services, including reception services, accurate data entry and a broad range of office support services.

Lauren Quinlan
The Ethics Officer contributes to the Research and Graduate Studies Office area within the Vice-Chancellor's Office. The Ethics Officer is responsible for the operation of the University's Ethics office, providing advice on research ethics policies and their interpretation to staff, supervisors and students. The Ethics Officer co-ordinates the operation of the following committees:

Angela Gamble
Angela's role is to provide support for all staff within the Research and Graduate Studies Office and provide timely and efficient general administration. She also processes requests for Student Evaluation of Teaching (SET) and Student Evaluation of Units (SEU) and the completed evaluations, under the supervision of Stephen Chambers.
