$75k+ - Research Opportunity

Essendon Football Club (EFC) and the School of Human Movement and Sport Sciences, University of Ballarat (UB) are seeking outstanding candidates to apply for a tax-free Postgraduate Scholarship of at least $25,000 per annum for 3 years to commence 2009.

Bonus scholarship payments are available each year on the successful completion of milestones aligned to the PhD program.

The successful candidate will be based at the Essendon Football Club and undertake research in one of the EFC-UB High Performance Alignment priority areas:

• Physiology / Conditioning
• Skill Acquisition
• Performance Analysis

Applicants are required to complete the specific Expression of Interest Form and submit it by 31 October 2008. The specific Probationary PhD Application Form must also be completed and submitted no later than 7 November 2008. Applicants are requested to complete Sections A and B of the PhD Application Form and answer the Key Selection Criteria, and submit all documentation to the Research & Graduate Studies Office by the due date.
