Release of Thesis/Portfolio for Examination - for students to submit after obtaining all required signatures
After the Examination
The RHDC Examinations Officer will notify the Principal Supervisor and you
of the outcome of the examination when it has been determined, and will
provide copies of the examiners' reports. You will be given the names of
the examiners unless an examiner has asked that his or her name be kept
confidential.
Graduation
Candidates are eligible to graduate after the University Council approves
the award of the degree. Graduation ceremonies are held at the Mt Helen
campus May and December each year.

Students are advised that they must apply to graduate. Graduation is not automatic on completion of the course. The graduation form that is required to be completed is available on the web page listed below:
