ResearchMaster is the Research & Innovation system for tracking, processing and administering research management in the University.
The system is used to provide statutory research reporting to the Department of Education, Science and Training, the Australian Bureau of Statistics and monitoring research performance across corporate planning targets.
The system contains information relating to
- research projects and grants
- research publications
- research degree applications
- research degree candidates
- scholarship recipients
- ethics protocols
- Supervisor and HDR management (PORTIA)
Research Master contains the base data that is viewed via the new PORTIA system which provides up-to-date management information on higher degree by research (HDR) students.
All research active staff within the Higher Education Schools have access to the system as well as staff within the Research and Graduate Studies Office. There is a range of useful management reports available via this system. These cover performance in research income, publications, completions as well as reports to assist in the monitoring of research degree candidature. If the information you require is not yet available (access rights being setup) on the Website please email the Research & Graduate Studies Office. We will endeavour to provide the report within 7 working days of the request.
