Our research values and connects hard-won workplace knowledge and skills with a rigorous
evidence base of OHS research to help create healthy, safe and inspiring workplaces. Our
research focuses on exploring how to grow the maturity of an organisation’s OHS culture to
simultaneously improve OHS and business performance.
We work alongside and inside organisations to answer questions such as:
- How can you close the gap between paperwork and practice?
- How can you develop risk-smart decision-makers throughout the organisation?
- How can you measure the return on your OHS investment?
- How can you use the process of safe design to capture hard-won workforce insights?
