Staff Recognition and Rewards

The purpose of the University’s Academic Promotion Policy is to recognise and reward individual merit and achievement. Boyer’s model of the four scholarships – teaching, discovery, integration and application – provide a framework for the implementation and outcomes of the policy.

Academic staff considering applying for promotion should familiarise themselves with the Academic Promotion Policy available on the University website.
