Policies- Learning and Teaching

The University has established a Learning and Teaching Policy that describes the principles and practices that underpin effective learning, teaching and assessment at the University of Ballarat.

Teaching and Learning Committee

The Teaching and Learning Committee (TLC) is a Standing Committee of Academic Board [AB] and the Board of Technical Studies [BTS] and advises and recommends to AB and BTS on policies relevant to learning and teaching.

The Committee is chaired on an annual rotation basis by theDeputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic and Research)and the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Vocational and Further Education) with membership comprising the Chair of Academic Board (Higher Education),the Chair of the Board of Technical Studies (TAFE) and representatives of schools from both Divisions.
