Level 2 Senior First Aider
Responsibilities
Provide front-line service to students, staff, external contacts and liaise with Partner Institutions.
Undertake general administrative duties in relation to international student queries.
Provide accurate advice and information to new and prospective ITMS off shore and international students in relation to enrolments.
Assist with the collection and processing of end-of semester results.
Assist with the maintenance of a Credit Transfer database and processing, and monitoring status of applications.
Assist with the Moderation process and monitor time-lines.
