Certificate IV in Business (Administration)

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the effective operation and delivery of the School’s International Student Programs at third party provider organisations by:
    1. Acting as a key liaison between the University/School and third party providers, co-ordinating all partner resource requirements;
    2. Co-ordinating all off-campus international student activities for ITMS third party providers including:
      • student enrolment, re-enrolment and graduation requirements/activities;
      • provision of advice and information to new and prospective ITMS off-campus, international students;
      • co-ordinating moderation requirements of all third party provider sites,;
    3. Contributing to the development, review and implementation of the Off-Campus/International Programs Policy and Procedures manual, and
    4. Providing advice in relation to day to day issues to junior administrative staff within the International Office, ITMS.
  • Maintenance and revision of statistical reporting systems to ensure provision of timely and accurate advice regarding off-campus enrolment activity, and related implications, to the Administrative Co-ordinator (International) and the Manager, International Programs;
  • Contribute to compliance of the International Office, ITMS with relevant University and School policies and procedures;
  • Co-ordination of the preparation of data and creation of reports for end of teaching period results’ ratification.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of, and interpret the ESOS Act and relevant government regulations regarding international students.
