Current training course available are:

HL7 Version Two

• Intermediate HL7 (1 day)
  Designed for a non-technical audience, such as analysts and contract managers, and provides an intensive introduction to HL7 version 2.
  
  
• HL7 for Project Managers (1 day)
  Designed for project and contract managers to gain a strategic understanding of HL7 and the implementation process by providing the skills and knowledge through the management of an HL7 installation along with a background in technical aspects of HL7.
  
  
• HL7 for Implementers (2 days)
  Designed for a technically orientated audience to provide an extensive understanding of HL7 messaging processes and practices, with the ability to effectively analyse, design, develop, test and maintain an HL7 implementation.
  
  
• HL7 for Decision Makers (Half day)
  Designed for senior management and decision makers to provide an introduction to HL7 messaging and the importance of HL7 in the global healthcare sector.

Introduction to Project Management (1 day)

The course is designed to give all attendees a comprehensive introduction to selected aspects of project management. This starts with a brief introduction to project management and then looks at selected topics within the realm of project management. The sessions will be interactive and there will be hands on activities looking at various aspects of project management. The session finishes with a look at the resources that can be used or adopted for future projects.
Project management has evolved over the last twenty years as an integral part of business management. There is much to learn about project management. This course is designed to give participants an in-depth understanding of project management.
