The cost of this service return will be $40.00 (return ticket) or $23 (one way) per person, paid to the bus driver. It is essential that you register for this service to have seating allocated. More details will be provided at a later date. A local bus service also operates from the Ballarat city centre to the Mount Helen campus. Complementary Buses: It is essential that you complete the form below and forward to lisa@organisedsuccess.com of your accommodation arrangements to have a complimentary bus transport you to and from the conference. A complimentary bus will also be available to collect you from your accommodation and deliver you to the conference dinner. Please indicate which times you would like to be collected from your accommodation and transferred to the Caro Convention Centre. Buses have been scheduled to collect delegates from the Caro Convention Centre and to return them to their accommodation each day of the conference. Bus Schedule: Wednesday 8th December: A bus will collect delegates from accommodation starting at 3.30pm and transport them to the University of Ballarat Mt Helen Campus for the 4.00pm registration. A bus will collect delegates from their accommodation starting at 5.30pm and transport them to the University of Ballarat, for the 6.30pm Cocktail Party and also return delegates to their accommodation. It will leave the University at 8.10 p.m. Thursday 9th December: A bus will collect delegates from accommodation starting at 7.15am and transfer them to the Caro Convention Centre, University of Ballarat Mt Helen Campus for the 7.45am for registration. A bus will collect delegates from the Caro Convention Centre, University of Ballarat, Mt Helen Campus at 5.45pm and return delegates to their accommodation. If delegates choose to attend the tour of Ballarat a bus will collect them from their accommodation and return them to their accommodation. The tour will take 1.5 - 2 hours.
