Grant Success Highlights

  • Since 2000 the School has won eight ARC Strategic Partnerships with Industry Research and Training Scheme (SPIRT) and Linkage grants.
  • Dr Steven McEachern and Prof Julian Lowe have secured an ARC LIEF (Infrastructure) grant, in conjunction with Deakin University.
  • The School has won other competitive grants from Grains Research and Development Corporation and the Rural Industries Research and Development Corporation.
  • Research grants have also been attracted to support a number of applied research projects.
  • In both 2002 and 2003 the School of Business has scored the highest DEST points for publications in the University.
