Awards for Excellence Ceremony
The prestigious School of Business Awards for Academic Excellence were held on Wednesday 7 May 2008 at Craig’s Royal Hotel. Our most outstanding students were recognised for their academic achievements during 2007 and received valuable sponsored prizes to further assist their studies. This year 30 undergraduate, 13 graduate, two Higher Research by Degree, and one Commonwealth Supported Place scholarship were awarded to current and graduating students. Award recipients are chosen by unit and course coordinators based on academic merit.
The awards are sponsored by a number of local and national businesses who understand the importance of rewarding and encouraging excellence in studies by our students. The School of Business sincerely thanks its sponsors (listed below) for their continued support of the Awards for Academic Excellence and looks forward to maintaining an ongoing relationship with all of these organisations.

Website Redevelopment
The School's website will undergo a major redevelopment over the coming months.
The redevelopment will include redrafting of all areas of the site, streamlining of content and links, as well as the adoption of a new graphic design. Online versions of School of Business handbooks will also be introduced.
