For Currently Enrolled Students

Enrolment information is available on the University website at:

http://www.ballarat.edu.au/results/

Your user name is your Student I.D. number.

Your password is the first initial of your name plus your date of birth in the format ddmmyyy where d is day, m is month, y is year of birth.

You can view your enrolment and your results with University of Ballarat via the Internet, using the above web address. You should check your enrolment is correct after your initial enrolment each semester. Changes to enrolment can only be accepted within 2 weeks of the commencement of studying that unit. Changes must first be discussed with a memeber of staff to ensure they are compatible with your study plan. Changes can only be made by completing an Enrolment Amendment form available from the general office. Any time an amendment is made to your enrolment, you should check that this has been updated on our student database and if you find an error with your enrolment of the spelling of your name, please report this to the office as soon as possible.

To obtain e-journals and photocopies from the University of Ballarat library, go to:

http://www.ballarat.edu.au/aasp/is/library and follow the procedure to authenticate your login details (this will require you to obtain a network password at libinfo@ballarat.edu.au)
