The positions

- Providing telephone-based customer support for IBM's business clients (these are not call-centre sales jobs)
- Assisting to resolve client enquiries and issues

Skills required

- Basic PC skills (Windows)
- Professional and helpful attitude to customers and problem-solving
- Great phone manner and communication skills
- Fluent oral and written English language
- Great customer service attitude

Benefits for you

- At least 20 positions in this first intake to commence work in February 2010
- 4 weeks fully-funded training during January and February
- Regular employment while you study, at the UB Technology Park, adjacent to our campus
- Flexible hours of work - 12-20 hrs per week
- Generous casual rate of pay - $20.43 per hour
- Working hours - 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, 8am-1pm Saturday
