Scholarships, Bursaries and Financial Aid School Regulations and Practice Relating to Submission of Work, Plagiarism, Unit Consideration, Special Consideration, Appeals and Notes to Students Application for Credit Form Applicants who have previous studies from a TAFE and/or other higher education tertiary institutions and believe they may be eligible for Credit for their previous academic studies may use the Application for Credit to apply for unit exemptions. The application should be completed and returned to the Course Coordinator. To enable the Course Coordinator to make an accurate assessment for Credit, a copy of the applicant's academic transcript and copies of unit descriptions should be included. Credit Arrangements. Leave from Studies If for some reason, you need some time away from your studies here at University, you may apply using the Application for Leave from Studies. You are able to take up to 12 months leave from your studies in the first instance. Again, please check with your Course Coordinator to discuss this more. For International Students, please note however that taking leave from studies may have an impact on your visa implications. Please check with ISP to discuss your plans for leave and to check how it will affect your visa.
