Rural Social Work and Community Practice

Rural Social Work and Community Practice Journal

Rural Social Work and Community Practice encourages researchers, theorists, practitioners, students, managers and planners in Australia and around the work to submit their paper for publication.

Rural Social Work and Community Practice is an anonymously peer-reviewed, international journal devoted to issues relating to social work, social care, community practice, social development, community development, human services, and social policy in rural and remote areas. Over more than ten years, the journal has established a reputation as a high-quality forum for international knowledge development and debate from contributors throughout the world.

While a broad range of topics are covered, special issues will be published each year. The next 'Special Edition' will be focussed on social work and community responses to natural or man-made disasters and will be available 2006/2007.
