Asian Studies and Language

The Asian Studies Discipline offers three
and four year sequences in Japanese language studies as part of the Bachelor
of Arts/Teaching, Arts, Management, Commerce and Computing, the combined
award Bachelor of Arts/Associate Diploma of Business (Office Admin) and
as extended major sequences in the Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Business. |
The Asian Studies units are designed to
develop in the student some understanding of the major social, political
and language features of contemporary China and Japan.
