  • Course coordinator of Bachelor of Arts (International Studies), School of Behavioural & Social Sciences & Humanities, University of Ballarat
  •  Teaching in the areas of managing cultural diversity, globalisation and global migration.
  • Provides intercultural consultation for Australian organisations and companies, and cross-cultural training seminars for the Community Regional Industry Skills Program, Central Highland district.
  • Worked as a mentor/advisor for Chinese overseas students.

Coordination of Chinese translation services.

Intercultural consultation for Australian organisations and companies focusing on Chinese cultural mores, values, behavioural characteristics and business etiquette.

Intercultural consultation for Chinese organisations and companies focusing on Australian cultural mores, values and behavioural characteristics.

Free cross-cultural orientation to Australia, cultural differences, likely challenges, communication support for Chinese international students and newly arrived migrants in Ballarat.

For those students and newly arrived migrants who need assistance, please make an appointment and have a chat on any Wednesday between 1:00pm -3:00pm.
