Consultations with the Health Service are available to all University of Ballarat students and staff. The Health Service is located at the Mt Helen campus. Some health services may be provided at other campus locations from time to time.

ARARAT CAMPUS

MT HELEN CAMPUS
Student Services provides a confidential health service to all students and staff on campus. The nurse is available for health advice and a doctor who bulk bills students is available 5 days a week.

The Health Centre also has a resource section with information on various health topics including sexually transmitted diseases, diet, nutrition, exercise, smoking, skin checks, minor surgery e.g. removal of moles, sports and occupational medicals, contraception and family planning.

Other services include:

Drug and Alcohol counselling and referral
Daily pharmacy delivery service
Hire of crutches
Travel health consultation and vaccination
General vaccination
Pathology collection

Students come to the Health Centre for anything from minor health inquiries to major health problems or for first aid treatment.

The Health Centre is located in the Student Centre, ground floor T building.
