Eligibility

Students who have completed all course requirements may be eligible to graduate and have their certificate or diploma awarded to them, either at a Graduation Ceremony or 'In Absentia' (ie, you don't attend a ceremony). Eligible students will receive an invitation to graduate.

Applying

It is your responsibility to apply for a University Sealed Certificate when you believe you have completed the requirements of your course. A University Sealed Certificate application form must be submitted by the application close date, as shown below, to be invited to participate in a graduation.

On receipt of your application for a university sealed certificate and verification by your school that you have completed all requirements of the course, you will be invited to a graduation ceremony. You must return the Graduation Details form sent to you with this invitation by the dates shown below.

University Sealed Certificate application forms are available by clicking here, or you can collect one from the Student Centre at any TAFE campus.

Conferral date: 29 February 2008

Please note: This is an In Absentia conferral only, (ie. you will not be attending a ceremony).

Certificates will be available for collection from the Student Centre at the SMB Campus as of Monday 3 March 2008. If you nominate to have your certificate sent to you by registered post, all certificates will be posted to Australian and overseas addresses commencing Monday 3 March 2008. Please allow a week for processing and delivery.

CEREMONY DATES

SMB Campus - Wednesday 7 May 2008 at 7:30pm, Her Majesty's Theatre, Ballarat.

Horsham Campus - Friday 9 May 2008 at 8:00pm, Horsham Town Hall, Horsham.

Arts Academy (TAFE & Higher Ed) - Wednesday 7 May 2008 at 7:30pm, Her Majesty's Theatre, Ballarat.
