Eligibility

Students who have completed all course requirements are eligible to graduate and have their diploma or degree awarded to them, either at a Graduation Ceremony or 'In Absentia' (ie, you don't attend a ceremony).

Applying

It is your responsibility to apply to graduate when you believe you have completed the requirements of your course.

Graduation Application forms are available by clicking here, or you can collect one from the Student Centre at the Mt Helen campus.

Applications received after the closing date will not be accepted.

Conferral Date: Friday 26 February 2010

Please note: this in an In Absentia conferral only (ie: you will not be attending a ceremony).

Testamurs will be available for collection from the Student Centre at Mt. Helen campus as of Monday 1 March 2010. If you nominate to have your testamur posted to you by registered post, all testamurs will be posted to Australian and overseas addresses commencing Monday 1 March 2010. Please allow a week for processing and delivery.
